Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult 1-2 tab daily. If taking 2 tab daily, have each tab at a different meal time.
Administration
Should be taken with food.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity. Renal insufficiency.
Special Precautions
Ask a physician before use in case of renal impairment; concurrent or have recently taken fluoroquinolone antibiotics, tetracycline, levothyroxine (thyroid medication). Do not exceed the recommended dose.
